Who We Serve

Skilled trade workers are proud Canadians who take extreme pride in the building of their nation. Trade workers are from all walks of life, including underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds. Our goal is to eliminate all unfair barriers so that all trade workers' workplaces are ones of fairness and respect.
 

Women facing gender bias and pay gaps can find mentorship, legal guidance, and advocacy to help them stay and succeed in the field.

Combatting language barriers, stereotyping, and exclusion, we collect firsthand accounts and push for equitable treatment across every site. 

Creating safe reporting channels and policy recommendations to protect workers from harassment based on sexual orientation or gender identity. 

Advocating for accessible worksites, accommodations, and unbiased hiring practices.

Offering career guidance, mental health support, and employer education to recognize the value of military skills in civilian roles.
