Skilled trade workers are proud Canadians who take extreme pride in the building of their nation. Trade workers are from all walks of life, including underrepresented racial and ethnic backgrounds. Our goal is to eliminate all unfair barriers so that all trade workers' workplaces are ones of fairness and respect.
 

We champion the next generation of tradespeople by providing youth with direct mentorship, hands-on learning experiences, and clear pathways to rewarding careers. By lowering barriers to entry and highlighting the financial and creative benefits of vocational careers, we help youth avoid student debt, build high-demand skills, and create a prosperous, future-proof workforce.

Combatting language barriers, stereotyping, and exclusion, we collect firsthand accounts and push for equitable treatment.
