• Using the feedback provided by trade professionals via Hard Hats United surveys, we collaborate with employers, unions, and government policymakers to ensure the workers' feedback is heard and implemented when creating and rolling out new training programs and fair hiring programs.
• The creation of incentive-based programs based on market and industry trends,  and the creation and updates of policies.

We developed a comprehensive digital advocacy campaign aimed at raising awareness about the importance of skilled trades in construction. This campaign leveraged social media, email marketing, and dedicated pages to engage professionals and young audiences, encouraging them to consider careers in construction trades.

In partnerships with government and community organizations, we organized a series of interactive trade fair events across major Ontario cities, showcasing the diverse opportunities within the skilled trades. These events featured live demonstrations, seminars, and the chance to meet with industry professionals, providing attendees with hands-on insights into construction careers.
