Our Programs

Young people get curious. We turn curiosity into opportunity. Our Youth Mentorship Program links high-school students with real trades mentors for hands-on demos, paid work trials, and career coaching that actually leads to opportunities. We meet students where they are - at schools, community centres, and Expo floors, so they can try a trade, ask raw questions, and see a future they can get excited about. It’s practical, personal, and designed to open doors, not just hand out pamphlets.

The Entrepreneurship Program shows young tradespeople that a career in the skilled trades can lead to business ownership, tech innovation, and leadership, not just long days on site. We pair apprentices with entrepreneur-mentors who’ve launched contracting firms, startups, and tech-enabled trade services. We teach practical skills such as bidding, pricing, digital marketing, project management, and basic AI integration. Through paid micro-internships, participants test market ideas and learn how automation and AI can amplify, not replace, their craftsmanship..
