LaTonya brings a background in education and administration, with 10 years of experience in community service. She joined Hard Hats United to turn everyday stories into real support, building mentorship programs and safe reporting paths so others don’t have to struggle alone.
John G. - Outreach Lead
John has a background in community service and 15 years of experience in the skilled trades, working as a journeyperson across Ontario. He joined Hard Hats United to amplify frontline voices, bridge employers and workers, and make sure practical solutions come from people who know the job firsthand.
Jessica R. - Research Lead
Jessica offers a background in community service and 8 years of experience in the skilled trades, blending fieldwork with data collection on workplace incidents. She joined Hard Hats United to use evidence to protect workers, transforming anonymous reports into policy wins and better support for those most at risk.
