Meet our Board of Directors
K. Letren - Electrician & Senior Trades Advocate
With more than 25 years in the skilled trades as a licensed electrician, Ms. Letren lives and breathes jobsite life. She’s mentored dozens of apprentices, led hands-on outreach in high schools, and spends weekends introducing students to the trades so they can see the pride and possibility in careers many never considered. On the board she brings practical wisdom, a fierce commitment to mentorship, and a steady voice for workers who need someone who’s walked the same boots.
C. Francique - Business Owner & General Contractor
A business owner and general contractor with 15+ years of experience in community service and commercial construction, Mr. Francique knows how projects are planned, staffed, and delivered. He’s a tireless advocate for youth development, creating apprenticeship opportunities on his sites and pushing for fair hiring practices. Mr. Francique's practical leadership, employer perspective, and passion for equipping the next generation make him a bridge between workers, employers, and community partners.
E. Robinson - Technology & Community Engagement Lead
Ms. Robinson brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, paired with deep roots in community service and fundraising.
